国外博士生的学习组织创新及其启示

摘    要:“研究生教育创新计划”的实施为我国探索研究生创新的学习组织提供了契机。论文介绍了国外三种创新的博士生学习组织,指出了其具有的四个典型特征:重视国际化的人员构成、注重互动交流的组织过程、传统与现代结合的组织技术、拓展人际网络的组织目标。最后从研究生培养模式、研究生组织形式以及研究生学习资源三个方面入手,具体探讨了国外研究生学习组织创新对于我国研究生教育改革的经验启示。

Abstract:The Graduate Education Innovation Program provides a great opportunity for innovative organization of study for graduate students in China. Three innovative types of overseas organization of doctoral study are described with a focus on four of their features: the inclusion of international participants, an interactive communication process, a combination of traditional and modern techniques, and the expansion of interpersonal networks. In addition, overseas innovation experience may provide new enlightenments on China's reform in the mode of graduate training, form of graduate student organization, and utilization of resources of study in graduate education.
