摘    要:在研究生培养机制改革的背景下,为进一步提高研究生的培养质量,研究生教育资源配置与优化成为十分紧迫的现实问题。本文拟从研究生奖助体系入手,通过对复旦大学研究生奖助体系的分析,指出研究生教育资源配置中面临的新问题并提出完善资助体系建议。

Abstract:With the reform in the postgraduate education system, the optimization of education resource allocation has become an urgent issue in order to enhance the quality of postgraduate programs. On the basis of a case study of the postgraduate financial award and assistance system of the Fudan University, an analysis is made on new problems in overall postgraduate education resource allocation, along with suggestions for improving the present financial award and assistance system.
