法国政党制度与政体演变的关系

法国资产阶级民主共和制政体的确立为法国政党的产生和政党制度的形成及发展奠定了基础。第三、四共和实行议会制导致了法国多党林立、软弱多变的政党制度的出现。第五共和所开创的半总统半议会制推动了法国政党格局的两极化。法国政党制度和党派格局在很大程度上制约着法国的政治体制,它们从一开始就构成法国政治制度的重要内容之一并左右着法国政体演变的走向。

Relationship Between the Party System and the Evolution of Regime in France

The foundation of the regime of capitalist democratic republic in France has laid basis for the formation and development of French parties and party system.The third and the forth republic exercised the parliamentary system which attributed to the appearance of various parties,the feeble and volatile party system.The fifth republic started half-presidential and half-parliamentary system which propelled the polarization of French parties.The party system and those different parties,to great extent,took charge of French political system,They are one of the important contents in the political system from the very beginning and they also determined the evolution of French regime.
