| 摘 要： | 班集体建设的优劣直接关系到学校教育工作的成效,意义重大。我校经过长期的探索与实践,得出学校可以在教育理念、行政管理、以德治校、以法治校、教学科研、后勤服务等六个方面为班集体建设构建平台。平台的构建更有利于班集体的稳定与高效发展。

| Abstract: | The cultivation of class collective will affect the school education greatly in high schools. This paper attempts to show six opportunities developing education notions, improving administration management, virtue managing, law managing, teaching and researching, and providing good service that the school has offered to strengthen moral education, which does help to develop class collective steadily and effectively. |
