| Abstract: | In the past few decades,many countries used evaluation means to support the government decision.Project evaluation becomes an important measure to help government to manage and make decision more scientifically.Especially,some evaluation system have been established in some developed countries.The study of Chinese practice of S&T evaluation will help the establishment of the system of S&T evaluation. |
