农村劳动力培训转移矛盾分析

农村劳动力培训转移在促进农民增收、构建和谐社会、加速我国工业化和现代化进程中具有不可置疑的作用。然而,我国自2004年全面实施有组织地农村劳动力培训转移项目以来,傍生了诸多问题和矛盾,分析和解决矛盾,以促进农村劳动力培训转移的完善和发展。

Training and transferring rural labor force has played an important role in incrasing farmers'income,constructing harmonious society and speeding up China's industrialization and modernization.However,training and transferring rural labor force has led to many problems since 2004,widely and organically conducted the Project.Analyzing and dealing with the problems will promote and perfect development of the project.
