| 摘 要： | 循环经济是建设和谐社会、实现可持续发展战略的经济发展模式。发展循环经济需要国家的法律支持。研究并借鉴国外循环经济法制经验,立足于我国国情,建立我国循环经济法制体系,是发展我国循环经济的明智选择。立法体系在一国的法律实践中具有重要的意义,是整个法律体系建立的前提和基础。勾勒出一个层次分明、结构严谨的循环经济法体系,将能为我国循环经济法律体系的完善提供依据和帮助。

| Abstract: | The circular economy is a basic pattern of economic development,which can ensure a sustainable development policy will be followed and a harmonious society will be built.Law is a key factor to develop the circular economy.we study on the legislation of the circular economy in different countries and introduce the ripe experiences of legislation of the circular economy in order to build the law system of circular economy in China.The legislative system has the vital significance in a country's legal practice,which is the premise and foundation of entire legal system establishment.The main topic of this essay is to outline a circulatory economic law system with clear level and rigorous structure providing the basis and guidence to the consummation for our country's circulatory economic law system. |
