| Abstract: | Recently the legal matters and conflicts in the international business society have been increasingly risen,and the legal issue on the recognition and execution of foreign judgment has been pointed out.The author researched this matter and completed this article through analyzing cases and statues in Japan and the United States of America.Furthermore,the author pointes out several suggestions on the protection against legal action with respect to the recognition and execution of foreign judgment. |
