微生物学的系统化综合性实验教学研究

摘    要:微生物学实验是一门多因素、多环节、系统化和综合性较强的实验技术。如何将这些实验有机结合,使学生充分进行发散思维和集中思考,真正达到理论和实践的统一,培养学生综合分析问题的能力?笔者采用将相互关联的单项实验进行纵向和横向以及每一细节的优化调整和合理衔接、分步实验、综合归纳的教学方法,取得了较好的教学效果。

Abstract:Microbiology experiment is a strongly systematized and comprehensive experimental technique with many factors as well as multiple links. How to organically combine these experiments to achieve the goal, which make students to fully divergent thinking and convergent thinking, and to really achieve the unity of theory and practice, and to cultivate studentscomprehensive ability to analyze the problem. We use the teach- ing methods and achieve better teaching results, which optimal adjust the interrelated individual experiments in vertical and horizontal direction and reasonable join each detail, then step by step test and comprehensively summarize.
