| 摘 要： | 大学发展战略实施是将战略规划转化为现实绩效的过程,从某种意义上讲,战略实施的成效直接决定着战略管理的成败。因此,大学发展战略实施需要讲策略、讲谋划,良好的实施策略将有利于提高战略实施的水平和效率。

| Abstract: | The implementation of university development strategy is the process of converting strategic plan into practical performance. In some way, the achievements of strategic management depend on the effects of strategic implementation. Therefore, the implementation of university development strategy needs some tac tics and plan, because the effective ones will be beneficial to improve the level and efficiency of strategic im plementation. |
