"关怀型"情感场的营造与教师的专业发展

摘    要:教师专业发展取决于社会、学校等外在因素的要求与教师个体内在因素的需要。营造“关怀型”情感场,能够调动教师专业发展的内驱力。基本策略有:更新观念,关怀教师人格,让中小学教师自主养成“专业人”的角色意识;建立以提高教师素质为宗旨的培训机制,关怀事业,使教师成为具有“专业理想”、“专业情意”、“专业自我”整体发展的“专业人”;建立科学评价机制,关怀需要,使教师成为“物质人”、“精神人”和谐发展的“完整人”。

Abstract:This paper puts forward the emotion field of concerning type fit for the demands of the development of teachers' professional skills.The administer of schools ought to take proper measures taking care of teacher's personality for forming the role consciousness of "specialist";and concerning their business to make them become the "specialist" that have the "profession ideal","profession cordiality","profession ego" etc.and concerning their demands to make them become the "complete person" that harmoniously develop to be a "material person" and "spiritual person".
