| 摘 要： | 为了维护科学的纯洁和严肃性 ,从科学诞生时起 ,就一直存在科学与科学中存在的不端行为之间的斗争。本文从回顾历史上不端行为开始 ,估计了现代科学家作弊的发生率 ,重点分析了中国科学基金运行过程中发生不端行为的可能性及其防范措施。

NSFC should enhance its guard against irregularities in scientific research |

| Abstract: | The term of "behavioral irregularities" in scientific research here refer to fabrication, plagiarism, cheating or other scandalous misconduct in the practice of scientific research. The article attempts to anatomize the operational mechanism now governing the actual performance of the National Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and find out how suc hindividual irregularities are always successful in sneaking in to a crack to squeeze themselves through the mechanism's control. Finally, the article put forward four specific suggestions about how to go on with or enhance the guard against such malpractices in the science-related work. |
