西方学界政党参与政策过程实践研究述评

目前西方学界以＂政党参与政策过程的实践＂为主题而开展的系统比较研究为数甚少,已有研究多是侧重描述、分析政党参与政策过程实践问题某一个方面的案例研究。与主题研究的相对稀少形成对比的是,相关研究却异常丰富。相关研究可以从政策研究与政党研究两个方面把握。梳理西方学界关于政党参与政策过程实践的研究,不仅可以为展开相关研究提供基础,也有助于加深对西方民主政治运作过程的认识。
