教学机智的内涵及其运用

摘    要:教学机智是教师在具体的教学情境中表现出来的教育智慧,它是教师的教学理论与教学实践结合的中介,是教师创造性的集中体现,也是教师多年实践经验的总结,是现代高素质教师一种必不可少的素质。文章阐述了培养教学机智的内涵,并提出教师应分清课堂偶发事件的类型,掌握教学机智的类型,采用因势利导、随机应变、掌握分寸、对症下药等方式灵活运用教学机智,以期能帮助教师提高自身的专业发展水平。
