| 摘 要： | 创新活动需要智力因素与非智力因素两个方面相互影响、相互促进才能完成。其中非智力因素起着至关重要的作用。本文借助前人对非智力因素的研究成果,论述非智力因素在创新活动中的重要性,以及如何运用非智力因素理念,培养图书馆的创新人才。
