学分制教学管理模式的改革探索

摘    要:学分制下专业人才培养模式具有更大的灵活性,是高校教学改革的一个重要突破口。现阶段高校实行学分制仍面临专业知识整体割裂、缺乏选课的相关配套保障机制、教学资源难以保证等问题。结合高校教学管理改革的成功经验,高校实行学分制应深化教学管理改革,以科学设置专业课程体系、挖掘教学资源潜力、公共技能与专业技能并重等为突破口。

Abstract:The professional training model is more flexible under the credit system, and it is an important breakthrough of the college teaching model. At present there are problems in the undertaking of the credit system in colleges, such as the separation of the integrate professional teaching contents, shortage of the relevant assurance system for elected courses and difficulties in providing teaching resources. Combining the successful experience of college teaching reform, the credit system should be practiced with the breakthrough of deepening the teaching management reform, establishing professional course system in a scientific way, exploring the potential of teaching resources and integrating common skills with professional special skills.
