摘    要:介绍了半潜式钻井平台安全关断系统的特点,着重论述了安全关断系统的重要组成部分——应急关断系统的系统特点、设计要求,并采用DeltaV SIS设计了安全系统,及以应急关断子系统ESD2-1为例,说明了安全控制逻辑和监控图形界面的实现。论文的研究工作为一般应急关断系统的设计与应用提供了参考。

Abstract:A semisubmersible drilling platform plays a vital role in exploring oil,gas and other energy resources and a safety shutdown system is very important in the drilling platform.This article explained the safety shutdown system,emphasizing the significant part of safety shutdown system—the emergency shutdown system’s features and designing requirements.At last it implemented the ESD system of ESD2-1 including its control logics and monitoring graphics using DeltaV SIS system.The article is suitable as a reference for the design and application of the normal ESD system.
