| 摘 要： | 通过对陕西省高新技术企业特征的分析，认为陕西省高新技术企业具有位置集中，规模较小、主导产业重复、区域发展不平衡的显著特点。结合陕西省产业结构调整目标，明确提出了高新技术企业进一步的发展方向。
