陕西黑精米与黑米糠中矿质及微量营养元素分析

摘    要:以陕西黑稻主要栽培种为实验材料,采用原子吸收分光光度法和荧光分光光度法,分别测定了各品种精米与米糠中的Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Ge和Se的含量.结果表明,黑米米糠是所测矿质及微量营养元素的集中分布区域.同一栽培条件不同品种间各元素含量存在明显差异,且元素种类不同,差异也不尽相同.

Abstract:This essay determines the contrnts of Ca, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn, Ce and Se in every kind of the refined blackrice and the blackrice bran respectively, by using the major seeds of Shaanxi blackrice as the testing materials and atomic absorption spectrophotomeny and spectrofluorometry.The result shows that the blackrice is the area over which the determined minerals and trace nutritive elements are mostly distributed. It also shows that the content of every determined element in defferent kinds of blackrice varies under the same cultivating conditions, and the degree of the differences also varies even wilh the different elements. The results is of great importance to blackrice genetic breeding and cultivation, and also to the theories and practice of blackrice exploitation and research.
