| 摘 要： | 美国现有 330 0多所高校 ,大体分为两年制社区学院、四年制学院、综合性大学和研究型大学四种类型。不管哪类院校 ,其功能不外是教学、科研和公共服务。美国高校管理经验给我们的启示是 :高等教育为经济建设和社会发展提供服务 ,依法办大学 ,规范抓管理 ,把鼓励成才作为素质教育的手段 ,把大学办成开放式学校与多元文化相融合的综合体。

| Abstract: | There are over 3000 colleges and universities throughout America, mostly classified as Community College, Four-year College, University and Institute-oriented College, which are all developing as the body of teaching, research and public services. As for the real significance of America's college management lying in its enlightenments upon us is the gist and essence of higher education mainly focusing on: offering service for economic construction and social development, schooling upon law, regulating management, motivating the talent and outstanding as the core of empowerment education, developing college as a complex knotting with opening-mode and multiculture. |
