| 摘 要： | 培养创新人才，教育先行。创新教育不能完全否定传统教育，但应看到其不足之处。信息技术与课程整合在培养学生发散性思维、实践能力和创造性人格等方面有很大作用，有效地弥补了传统教育在创新人才培养中的不足。

| Abstract: | The creative talents are required in the modern society. Bring up them, should education go ahead. Innovation education can not repudiate traditional one, but its weakness should be discovered. Information technology and curriculum integration play a great role in cultivating students' divergent thinking, practical capability and creative personality, it effectively makes up the deficiency of traditional education in the aspect of fostering creative personality. |
