摘    要:公务员绩效评估机制为公共部门人力资源管理其它环节的决策提供客观依据,并由此强化对公务员的监督,优化公务员队伍继而提升行政效率。在充分肯定我国公务员制度实施所取得成就的同时.也应看到公务员绩效评估机制在诸多方面还亟待完善。必须借鉴先进国家政府绩效评估的经验,结合我国公务员考核制度的实施情况,引入人力资源管理的相关理论和方法,创新我国公务员绩效评估机制。

Abstract:Performance evaluation of civil servants provides an objective basis for decisions on other aspects of human resource management in public sectors and therefore enhancing the inspection of them will improve administrative efficiency by optimizing their teams. Although it is sure that our system of civil servants has achieved a lot, it needs at the same time further improvement in many aspects. We should absorb good experiences from developed countries and introduce related theories and methods of human resource management to innovate our performance evaluation mechanism.
