| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、数理统计、访谈等研究方法,分析了华师大首批实验队员在技能方面的获得情况,以及技能的获得对队员身心发展影响,并对技能获得途径及特点进行了分类,提出了技能获得的主要来源的4条途径以及在准备期重视队员技能学习的建议.

| Abstract: | Based on investigation,statistics and question interviewing ,this paper points out the acquirement of techniques in surviving in fields of the first experiment members who studied in East China Normal University,and they affect the members' development of physically and mentally.In addition,it advances that these techniques mainly from four ways,and puts forward the suggestion about attaching much importance to learning techniques. |
