摘    要:在社会转型时期的大背景下,中国出现了许多社会矛盾和社会冲突,这对于中国的宪政建设是前所未有的挑战和机遇,宪法学教学应当回应社会发展和时代的要求,与时俱进地进行改革,以期完成培养具有宪政意识和宪政思维、能推动中国宪政建设向前发展的法律人才的光荣使命。

Abstract:In the context of the social transition,many social contradictions appear and cause the social conflicts in China.,meanwhile the situation provides an unprecedented challenge and opportunity for China’s constitutional development.Constitution teaching should respond to social development and demands of the age.In order to achieve the glorious mission of training the legal professionals possessing constitutional sense and thought,we should carry out the reform on constitution teaching.
