| 摘 要： | 通过对亚洲女排锦标赛四强和世界女排强队的分析,结果表明女子排球运动的发展方向应该向高、快、变结合的打法发展;在竞争更为激烈的排球比赛中,心理素质、核心球员将起到更加重要的作用;亚洲女排各队应加强相互交流,并根据各队的实际情况进行科学的训练。

| Abstract: | This paper indicates that the developing trend of women's volleyball should be becoming the combination of higher, faster, and more changeable after analyzing the t strong teams' technique statistics of the Top four of Asian women's volleyball championship; and that the key player and her psychological quality will play very important rolls during the matches; and then every team ought to communicate and co-operate each other with the scientific training. |
