| 摘 要： | 《国务院关于加强地质工作的决定》是站在新的历史起点上,遵循科学发展观的要求,精心谋划中国地质事业的神笔。建立多渠道的地质科技支撑体系,逐步增大地质科技投入,必将提高地质科技创新能力,而大力发展地质教育事业是当务之急。
