| Abstract: | Analyzed in the article are the historical background,general goals of and new tasks by building socialist new rural areas.The experience and achievements gained by YLVTC in the long practice of serving rural construction are also summarized.Some proposals are put forward for vocational and technical college of agriculture to construct socialist new rural areas. |
