| 摘 要： | 关于大学应享有多大办学自主权的争论由来已久，我国高等院校办学自主权的发展也几经波折。本文从大学办学自主权的源头，即大学自治入手，通过国内外比较，揭示了我国大学办学自主权上存在的问题，并提出自己的对策。

Through a comparative study of the autonomy of China's and foreign universities, this art icle demonstrates some problems related to university autonomy and suggests a nu mber of solutions. |
