| 摘 要： | 对鹰嘴紫云英 (Astrogaluscicer)、苜蓿 (Medicagosatira)、红豆草 (Onobrychisuiciaefolia)、甘肃棘豆 (Osytropisransuensis)、红三叶草 (Trifoliumpratense)、白三叶草(Trifoliumrepens)、胡卢巴 (Trigonelletibetana)和扁蓿豆 (Trigonellaruthenica)八种豆科植物的组织培养和体细胞胚诱导 .不同种类的外植体在UN培养基上进行离体培养 ,均获得愈伤组织 .愈伤组织继代采用MS 2 4_D 0 5mg L 6_BA0 5mg/L培养基 .分化采用两种培养方式 :固体培养和悬浮培养 .分化的愈伤组织进行组织学切片 ,观察胚的发生 .苜蓿、红豆草、扁蓿豆的愈伤组织经诱导分化出胚状体 .

| Abstract: | The tissue culture and somtic embryo induction of eight leguminous forage plants,ie. Medicago sativa, Onorychis viciaefolia, Trigonella ruthenica, Trigonella tibetana vassil, Trifolium repens, Trifolium pratense, Astrogalus cicer and Oxytropis kansuensis were studied in this pape. Explants of each species were cultured on UM medium with different additives. Callus were obtained from all the egiht species mentioned above. Some callus were subsequetly induced into somatic embryo. Callus were transferred to MS added with 2.4-D 0.5mg/L 6-BA 0.5mg/L. Callus were differentiated on solid and suspension medium. Sections of the differentiated callus were prepared to observe the embryogenesis process. Embryos were induced from callus of Medicag sativa, Onobrychis viciaefolia and Trigonella ruthenica. |
