| 摘 要： | 从边界扫描测试仪的功能要求入手,设计了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的测试仪。该仪器通过PC机的打印端口将测试向量施加到被测试系统并捕获测试响应,在PC机内部,对测试响应进行分析,判断电路工作是否正常,如果有故障,则给出电路的故障类型和具体位置。

| Abstract: | From the demand of the boundary-scan tester's function,a tester based on virtual instrument technology is proposed.Through the parallel port of a PC,the tester can send test vector to the PCB which should be tested and capture the response from the tested system,then the result is analyzed in the PC.Finally,a report can indict if the system is properly worked,or else the fault type and the location are also displayed on the PC screen. |
