图书馆知识共享体系的基本架构和实现模式

图书馆知识共享体系主要有以下构成要素:基础设施、制度安排、思想观念、组织机构、显性知识资源、隐性知识和用户等。它们之间相互联系，形成图书馆知识共享的整体框架。这一框架有三个层次:支撑层、资源层和共享应用层。其中，支撑层是基础层，资源层是核心层，共享应用层则体现了图书馆知识共享体系的目标。在此研究基础上，提出基于单一型图书馆和联合型图书馆的知识共享的实现模式。

The Basic Structure and Implementation Modes of the Knowledge Sharing System of Library

This paper believes that the knowledge sharing system of library has the following constituent elements: the infrastructure, the institutional arrangements, the ideas, the organization, the explicit knowledge resources, the implicit knowledge and the users, etc.. They are interconnected and form a overall framework of library knowledge sharing that has three levels: the support layer, the resource layer and the sharing application layer. The former is the basic layer, the middle is the core layer, the latter reflects the objective of the knowledge sharing system of library. Based of this, the article gives a knowledge sharing implementation model based on the single library and the joint-library.
