| Abstract: | The authors put forward that the principle of Electronic Government should be introduced into colleges and universities. With that we could renew principle, improve means of administration, take full advantage of campus-intranet resources with its special function of administrative service, administrate colleges and universities efficiently, and make the most of personnel and material resources of colleges and universities. |
