| 摘 要： | 国际贸易术语是表示商品的价格构成、说明交货地点、确定买卖双方的责任、费用、风险划分等问题的专门用语。为适应国际贸易发展的需要，国际商会多次对《国际贸易术语》进行修订。《INCOTERMS2000》在原来的基础上又有了重大创新。

| Abstract: | International commercial terms are a kind of special terms used to specify the price constituents of goods and the place of delivery ,to define the responsibility, cost and risk of both the seller and the buyer. The ICC has repeatedly revised the terms in response to the international trade development. INCOTERMS2000 has made great improvements based on the original version. |
