| 摘 要： | 本研究整合了企业间网络结构的测量和研究方法,较为全面的对创业网络和组织创新绩效间的关系进行了研究。研究发现,软件企业的创业网络结构确实对组织的创新绩效影响显著,企业创业网络地位和网络特性的提升,将是企业新的创新绩效增长点。

| Abstract: | Integrating the measures and methods of interfirm social network,the research studied the relation between firm's entrepre- neurial network structure and innovative performance.The results showed that software firm' s entrepreneurial network structure indeed affects innovative performance significantly,and Improving the network status and performance will attribute to the firm' innovation. |
