| Abstract: | The Enforcement of "pre-paying cost of production for the collection of copper" policy in Yunnan in Qing Dynasty, in terms of its locality, is to profit from copper and solve the financial difficulties in Yunnan. In terms of central government, this is to guarantee the material for casting "money", reduce the price of copper and the cost of casting, to solve the problem of expensive money price in the field of commodity and currency circulation. |
