健美训练中的心理调节

摘    要:健身健美训练不仅是1种生理训练,也是1种心理训练,身、心的有机结合,才能达到良好的锻炼效果.健美训练的“背景”应该成为1种心理按摩,而不是1种心理折磨,至少应尽量减少心理负担.但心理方面的问题却普遍被教练员们忽视,并因此采用一些错误的手段和方法.本文对时下教练员们普遍存在的有关问题进行了分析并提出一些建议,旨在提高健身操教练员的教学水平,使锻炼者在有限的时间里取得更好的锻炼效果.

Abstract:The body building is not only a kind of training of physiology, but also the one of psychology. The rational combination between the body and mind can reach the good training result. The "Background" of body building should become a kind of psychological massage not kind of psychological suffering. It should try its best to reduce psychological burden at least. But the coaches ignored the problems of psychology generally and adopt some wrong methods and measures to deal with them. The passage has analyzed the related problems existed in the loaches generally at present and put forward some suggestions aiming at improving the teaching levels of psychological loaches and making trainers attain better training result during limited time.
