浙江省高校就业竞争力及其提升模式的研究

摘    要:文章打破单纯就业率评价的局限,从招生、培养和就业三大子系统入手,构建了包括生源质量、高校知名度、教育经费等9方面指标的高校就业竞争力体系,并针对浙江省高校就业竞争力现状作了聚类分析,进而结合价值链模型提出了提升高校就业竞争力的若干对策。

Abstract:This paper brakes restriction of simple employment rate evaluation and starts with sub-system of recruit,nurture and employment.It then builds up a system of universities' employment competence which includes nine indictors,such as quality of students' source,famous degree of university,education outlay, etc.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestion for universities to upgrade their employment competence combined with value-chain model according the cluster analysis of universities' employment competence in Zhejiang province.
