摘    要:教师个体的生存方式关乎教师的发展。规范的生活、狭隘的生活、重复的生活是长期以来教师主要的生存状况。致力于追求一种智慧的教学生活方式 ,让教师在育他人的过程中实现育自己、拓宽和更新教师培训的内容、赋予教师自主发展的权力 ,这是提升教师生存质量和促进教师发展的必然选择。

Abstract:The living way of each individual teacher concerns the development of the teacher contingent. For a long period of time in China, most teachers have been living a regularized, confined and repeated life. In this sense, it is an inevitable choice for the improvement of teachers' life quality and the promotion to the development of teacher contingent to enable teachers to seek intelligent ways of teaching and life, broaden and renew the contents of teacher training, and confer more power on teachers for independent development.
