政党的产生及政党政治的出现是近代中国政治现代化的重要标志之一.近代中国的政党最早产生于晚清,它的产生经历了一个由政党雏形的萌动到严格意义上政党的创建、再由"非法"政党的建立到政党合法化的过程.在政党产生及其合法化的过程中,各种因素交互作用,不断发生冲撞与融合,交织着矛盾、斗争与妥协并使政党呈现出自己的特点.

Exploration into Origin of Modern Chinese Parties

In modern China, appearance of parties and party politics is an important sign of political modernization. Modern Chinese parties originated in the late Qing Dynasty. Its generation went through a process, which was from sprouting of embryonic form to foundation of genuine party, and from establishment of illegal party to legalizing of party. During the process of generation and legalization, various kinds of factors interacted. These factors collided and merged constantly, which made parties take on their characters.
