| 摘 要： | 采用理论分析法,结合我国乞讨低龄化现象愈来愈严重的现状,分析乞讨低龄化的一般成因和个体成因,在原因分析的基础上提出了针对性的预防措施,并认为解决好乞讨低龄化的问题,对关注弱势群体,提高国民素质,全面建设社会主义现代化,都具有重大意义。
