针对创新团队在高等学校建设中的重要作用,通过对创新团队在大学中的管理和运行模式深入分析,结合作者的实际工作经验,对建设创新团队提出了一些想法,以期能为创新团队的建设提供参考。

Construction and management of innovation team in higher education institutions

In universities, especially in research universities, creating innovation teams and exerting their functions are demands of constructing a high level that is： first-class in the world, research university. Only by comprehending the essence and connotation of innovation teams and analyzing their management and operating modes in universities deeply, can their important role be brought into full play in the construction of higher education institutions. On the basis of innovation teams analyzingand the authors＇ work experience,some ideas on building innovation teams have been presented in this paper;and it may offer reference to innovation teams＂ construction.
