摘    要:通过献资料的查阅与研究,从我国教育改革的历程入手.在对1987年以来体育教学目标讨论的局限性和认识不足进行了分析后,全面论述了我国体育教学目标发展所表现出的3个明显特点:第一,体育教学的演变反映了不同时代教育改革的特征。即经历了从重知识传授、发展智力到注重非智力因素的培养这样一个历史发展过程;第二。从过去忽视个人价值或说很少考虑到个人价值到目前对个人价值的重视;第三,没有明确提出心理发展目标。另外.通过对传统体育教学目标的反思,提出了素质教育下的体育教学三维目标。

Abstract:In this article the auther found there are three apperant features in the changes of P. E. teaching aims after analysing the process of our national educational reformation: First ,the development of P. E. teaching aims experienced a long process from knowledge teaching to the cultivation of unintelligent factors; Second, enough emphasis of personal value was hot given, but now it is gradually taken seriously; finally ,the aim of psychological development was not explicitly posed. The auther draw a conclusion that three - dimensional P. E. teaching aims should be founded under quality education after reviewing the past.
