摘    要:运用5M1E分析法,指出钢骨柱的混凝土浇筑质量不高与钢骨混凝土柱垂直度难以控制是导致钢骨混凝土柱施工质量缺陷的首要问题。通过制定柱垂直度与轴线控制的措施,采用自密实性混凝土浇筑,有效解决了钢骨及钢筋密集布置无法振捣和混凝土浇筑难的问题,实现钢骨混凝土柱轴线位置和垂直度达到设计目标,无漏浆、无色差、无麻面,保证良好的外观质量,经检验为优质结构。

Abstract:In this paper,5M1E Analysis Method is used to find out the quality of concrete pouring and the difficulty in the vertical control of SRC columns,which are the primary factors of construction quality defects of SRC columns.By the measures of vertical and axis control,and using self-compacting concrete to cast,the problems that the concrete is unable to vibrate and difficult to cast because of intensive arrangement of the reinforcing steel bar are solved effectively.The goal that the deviation of axis position and vertical of SRC columns meet design requirement was realized,the good appearance where there are no concrete slurry spills,no color differences,no surface voids was ensured,and finally a high-quality structure is gained.
