| 摘 要： | 采用染色体常规压片法,对柑桔属6种植物根尖细胞进行了核型分析。结果表明:蕉柑2N=2X=18=18m,属1A型;红桔2N=2X=18=18m,属1A型;气柑2N=2X=18=18m,属1B型;柑2N=2X=18=18m,属1B型;蓬溪柚2N=2X=18=16m 2sm,属1B型;沙田柚2N=2X=20=12m 8sm(2SAT),属2C型。比较6个材料的核型,并结合其稳定特化形态学特征,讨论了柑桔属植物的核型进化。

| Abstract: | The karyotype of six species of Citrus plant Root-tip Cells were analyzed by using common pressing plates method of preparing mitotic chromosomes sample.The results showed that Citrus reticulata cv.Tankan 2N=2X=18=18m,belongs to "1A";Citrus tangerine Hort 2N=2X=18=18m,belongs to "1A";Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck 2N=2X=18=18m,belongs to "1B";Citrus ponkan 2N=2X=18=18m,belongs to "1B";Citrus pomelo var.pengxiyu.Hort 2N=2X=18=16m 2sm,belongs to "1B";Citrus grandis var.shatinyu Hort 2N=2X=20=12m 8sm(2SAT),belongs to "2C".Comparing the karyotypes of six subjects and with some stably specialized traits in morphology,the evolution of karyotypes in Citrus were also discussed. |
