关于全面推进高校素质教育的思考

面对新世纪 ,一些高等院校的教育观念、人才培养模式、教育教学的内容和方法等仍显落后 ,不能适应全面提高国民素质的需要。为此 ,必须全面贯彻落实党的十五大精神 ,深化教育改革 ,加快推行科教兴国战略 ,以全面推进高校素质教育。

Reflection on Completely Promoting All-round Education in Colleges and Universities

Although we have entered the new century,some colleges' and universities' eduandcation concept,talent training model,teaching contents and methods are out of date and unable to adapt to the need of completely improving all-round quality.Therefore,we must deepen education reform,accelerate the fulfillment of "making China strong and prosperous" strategy and completely promote all-round education in colleges and universities.
