| Abstract: | College - teaching - affair secretaries are a group of college admininistrators who deal with secretarial duties as well as a large amount of education and teaching management responsibilities. The author of the following thesis has put forward a couple of should - be senses that a college - teaching - affair secretary should have and has explained the importance of their being aware of such senses, and has reasoned the must - be connections between these senses and their improvement of their personal qualities and one's progress in his work. |
