| 摘 要： | 泉州市城市总体规划（2010-2030）获得福建省政府批准实施,标志着泉州中心城市将从滨江城市向环湾城市发展.文章分析了环泉州湾城市群发展态势和泉州环湾城市规划概况,探讨了国内外不同城市同城化管治的实践,在此基础上,提出了环泉州湾城市群同城化管治的八项对策措施.

| Abstract: | Master City Plan of Quanzhou from 2010 to 2030 was approved of implementation by Fujian Provincial Government, which marks that the development of the Central City has changed from the riverside city model into the＂City around Bay＂. The paper analyzes the development trend of urban agglomeration around Quanzhou bay, and planning overview of＂City around Bay＇, and discusses the practice of city governance in different cities at home and abroad, on this basis, the paper proposes eight countermeasures to complement the governance of integration of city group around Quanzhou bay. |
