高职院校学生管理工作中的问题及解决策略

目前,高职院校在迅速发展的同时,也出现了一系列的问题,学生管理就是是目前高职院校快速发展中凸显出的一个重要问题,如在学生管理中存在着管理工作者思想观念、管理措施陈旧;高职院校在调动学生管理工作者积极性方面缺乏良好的奖励机制;管理工作者在学生管理过程中重管理轻服务等。为此,要加强管理理论研究,拓展工作思路;加强学生管理工作者队伍的建设,完善管理机制;树立以人为本的管理理念,做好学生的管理工作。

At present with the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,there exists a series of problems,and students＇ management is the important problem in the rapid development of higher vocational colleges,such as the old thought concept and management measure of managers,the lack of good encouraging mechanism for arousing enthusiasm of students＇ managers in higher vocational colleges,and the focus of management without service in the process of students＇ management for managers.Therefore,in order to strengthen theory study,it should widen working thought.It also strengthens the construction of students＇ managers,and perfects managing mechanism.It should establish the managing concept of people-orientation,and does the management work of students well.
