| 摘 要： | 通过对参加第27届奥运会的国家竞走集训队中5名优秀运动员的血液5项指标的测试,对比研究竞走运动员在高原地区和平原地区训练期间前、后的血液变化情况,探讨高原训练对红细胞、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、红细胞平均容积和白细胞的影响.

| Abstract: | Through testing the five item of blood for our five national elite race walkers, this paper compares the blood variation between training on the plateau and plain region, inquires the influence of plateau training on red corpuscle, haemoglobin, HCT, MCV and WBC. |
