摘 要: | 教育学者参与学校变革,将面临更大的开放性和不确定性,因而也将面临更多的风险与挑战。因此,教育学者必须对自身的学术素养和心理准备等保持清醒的自识,对教育实践生态进行准确判断,并且通过尝试性接洽对教育研究与教育实践之间的合作可能性以及合作空间进行明辨。

Abstract: | Educational scholars who participate into school transformation will face more openness and nondeterminacy, which means more risks and challenges. So, before participate into educational practice, educational scholars should have a clear self-judgment about their scholastic attainment and psychological preparation. They should make a veracious judgment about the practical ecology.
